We have a few big announcements to share. For one, we'll be moving to Sacramento, CA in a few weeks. Zach took on a new job at a start-up there. We'll be heading up for a few days this weekend to check out different areas of town and hopefully find a home to rent.
Also, in about 7 months Donovan will become a big brother! Which also means he will no longer be the sole focus of this blog. To reflect that switch, I've imported all the posts from here onto a new blog that will be our general family blog, to continue with updates on Donovan and the new baby. You can check it out here:

While thrilled with you about the new addition to the "herd", I for one am hit by how much I'll miss the "Dear Donovan" blog!!! It has such huge emotion attached to it as it has been for us a lifeline connecting us over all the miles to Geneva in those first months and year, being able to see and hear the incredibly delightful, bursting and blooming changes in development, and adventures of all of you with him as the center of your lives. He's been a great star, and you've been an incredible biographer and journalist, photographer and videographer. I'm really moved kind of to tears at losing something, even though something bigger's coming. Transformations and growth aren't without some growing pains and nostalgia. Just want to let you know how wonderful and important a part of my life this Dear Donovan has been. All my love,
